Every structure is built to order. Choose a footprint, then shape the interior — furnishings, a bar, a Murphy bed, a rooftop deck, year-round climate, and more. The Full Swing simulator is standard in every one.
03 — How it works

A consultation walks through your property, your simulator goals, and any architectural constraints. We confirm a size and your customizations.
WEEK 1–2
02
We prepare the permit drawings your municipality needs, then get your site ready — foundation, grading, access, and utility rough-in — so construction starts clean.
WEEK 3–6
03
Our crew builds your shed on your property, led by our in-house general contractor. Steel framing, weather-rated cladding, insulation, and electrical — every trade managed to one standard.
WEEK 6–10
04
The Full Swing simulator goes in last — screen, projection, turf, and calibration, commissioned by our team. You take your first swing the same day we leave.

A buildable, accessible spot on your property. During the design phase we confirm the foundation, access, and any grading — then our team handles site preparation as part of the build, typically a concrete slab or engineered footing sized to your structure.
